Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

can someone who has temporary custudy leave state when the parents have the right to see the child upon reasonable time and notice but the people who have custudy know the parents have no means of transportation to see the child. the parents cant even call on the child because every time they do the people who have custudy start yelling and screaming and fighting. the parents of the child are worried about the childs well-being.

Typically, children are not supposed to be permanently removed from the state without the permission of the court. You may need to consult the temporary custody order for the specifics of your case. Depending on what you find, you may be able to file a Temporary Injunction to Prevent Removal of Minor Child(ren).
