Temporary Relief from Child Support

Dear Sir or Ma'am,

I am a non-custodial parent and understand that I may be entitled to a temporary relief from paying child support while my children are with me for more than 30 consecutive days (summer visitation)? Is this true? If so, then what is the process? Form(s)? Submit to whom? etc.

Only the court can rule on this issue. Petition for a modification.
