Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

temporary support

My husband moved in with his new girlfriend over a year ago. He has not paid me or my daughter anything in that time. He does pay our mortgage, but that is all. He said twice he would sign papers that he and I agreed to, then at last moment, changed mind and said no. He has hired attorney, but is doing nothing. I work very p/t as sub teacher and have limited funds at the moment. Is there a way to get temporary support w/o my having to file, (I think he won't since he has it made right not), and should I go ahead and just file and get this over?

Re: temporary support

Go ahead, file and get it over with. If you just want to do child support, call the state for help. But he will probably stop paying the mortgage then, leaving you in a worse off position.
