Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Tempory child custody

My husband and i have seperated and have 2 small children, 5 & 1. I have had the children with me since he left in oct. I am attending nursing school and working part time and have had no financial help from him. He will only take the children after lenghthy interogation from him and then will refuse to keep them when i drop them off. When the kids are with him, he badgers and interrogates the 5 year old as to my comings and goings, even with his family present. I have had to move in with my parents until i am finished with school. I have been saving to start divorce procedings, but until then, i need some info on child custudy. He is verbally abusive to me and the children and i feel it is not in the childrens best interest to be with him unsupervised, but until i can get legal help and formal visitations set up, i don't want the children with him. How can i legally prevent him from picking up the 5 year old from school? Also if he were to attempt to come to my home to take the children, do we have to surrender them to him? Also what can my parents do if he were to attempt this when i am at work or school? Thank you for your help. Take care and god bless, most sincerely.

Re: Tempory child custody

You need a court order to detail visitation. Either you or your attorney can petition the court for an order. Good luck.
