what is the term for harrasment through continuously taking someone to court.

My ex huband vowed to me three yearsago that if I left him, he would keep me continously in court. He has done so, with countless frivolous motions, costing me tens of thousands of dollars. He has a free attorney, I do not. What is it called when someone abuses the court to bear out a grudge and what are my rights?

Abuse of process, but you will have to prove it.
