How do i go about termanating parental rights if both parents agree?

file a petition to terminate the parent's rights with the court, along with a signed affidavit and consent of the parent terminating their rights. Before you go through with a parental rights termination you should consult with an attorney to discuss the impact that this move has on the parents and the child.
