Ternination of parental rights

if i give up my parental rights, am i still obligated to pay child support.

If you are giving up parental rights as part of an adoption, and thereby your parental rights are being transferred to another person, your obligation to support would usually be terminated.

You cannot unilaterally terminate your parental rights in order to avoid supporting your child.

Taxpayers are unwilling to support the child you created. Be a man and face the resposibiltiy of supporting your child. While your at it, be there when your child needs you. No, you cant divorce your child.
