Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am thinking of letting my son ( whom I have sole custody Dad has visitation) move to his father's in Ohio on a trial basis and go to school there next year. I do not want to go to court and change anything since this is a trial basis. Do I need to draw up paperwork and have it notorized or can he just live there since I am giving him permission?

I suggest you file a modification of visitation and state what the specifics are so that after the school year your son will be returned. Also who will be paying child support - this can not be waived by the court.
