Do I have thr right to leave with my children if we are unmarried and move to another state with out a court order?

Florida law forbids moving the children permanently more than 50 miles from their current address without the permission of the other parent or a judge. The specific procedure for permanent relocation of children is laid out in chapter 61.13001 of the Florida Statutes.
