Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my soon to be ex and i are going threw a divorce and custody battle he resides in FL and i reside in VA i planned a trip to vist my children in FL and my soon to be ex is saying to wont allow me my fiance and my daughter to see my children. the judge has not granted anyone custody only thing thats been said is i cant take the children out of the state of fl until we go to court. Legally can my ex keep us from visiting the children

What papers have you filed in court? Why does he have custody now? I suggest you find an attorney ASAP
