Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

At the time I went through a divorce I was unemployed but my ex agreed that the children reside with me. Now he's trying to get custodyand one of his complaints now is I'm unemployed. If he was in agreeance then can he use that as a reason to try and take custody from me now?

change of custody is based upon a change in circumstances since the last order, not further back then that.
