Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello. This is the first time I am using LawGuru.

My girlfriend is extremely stressed as well as fed up with nearly all things related to where she is living. I am 17 and she is 18. Is it legal for my 18 year old girlfriend to move from her parent's house into my mother's house with me? My mother is perfectly fine with this, but I do not know if her parents are. (Let's assume they do not agree on this).

Is your 18 year old girlfriend out of school. Does she come from a broken home. Is her parent receiving child support. Is she self supporting, can she be considered emancipated? Also why would your mother be fine with this - statutory rape goes both ways.
