Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How much time sharing will a father get if he just now came into the picture. My son is now 3 months old and he hasn't pain any interest in my baby till now when he says he wants to get him weekends. What amount of time sharing will he get if he takes this to court? I have never said no to him coming to see his son he just never chose to and now that he wants after all this time of not caring about his son its unfair to just state that he wants him the weekends when I don't work the weekends.
