Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Today, a self help judge awarded my ex son-in-law more visitation so he he can cut his already in arrears support pmts in half. All this while he is under investigation by the DCF and the local police for domestic violence and child abuse charges on the same child, my grandchild. Is this correct or is this just another Judge wanting to cruise until retirement?

Were you at the trial - did you bring the evidence to support the above ie DCF, police, domestic violence, child abuse etc. DCF normally appears at these trials, so where was your person? I suggest you file a Petition for Supervised Visitation and then get your ducks in a row and have the judge hear the evidence.
