Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i told you that the mother was granted visitation !!!!!!

so what do we do for the custodial parent to be

forced to let her have her visitation ??????

it seems like you do not listen, no wonder you lawyers can't get any work......i am very serious about needing help but i am through with paying

anymore, for nothing, people out here in the world need help for family situations, and how do we get a break if you can't read and get it right ???

The mother has her right to visit, but the other parent

is unwilling to cooperate,,what do we do >> who can make them cooperate with what the court ordered

it is simple, but hard to get help..........Leslie

If she's the custodial parent per the court order, she should get the police to help her pick up her child if they refuse to return her. She can also file a Motion to Compel Return of Minor Child to Custodial Parent if in fact that is what the Final Judgment supports. You just need to provide the police with a copy of the Court Order indicating she rightfully should have the child. Good luck!
