Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Travel with child during divorce process.

My wife and I split up and I just got papers for divorce. The paperwork I got says we cant remove the child from the state permanantly, does this mean she can take the child out of state on her weekends she has him? Is there anything I can do to stop this? Wont this look poorly on her when the court determines custodY? especially if shes taking him around another man?

Neither party should remove the child from the state without court permission during the pendency of the litigation. If you believe your wife is taking your child out of the state without the court's permission, have your attorney file a motion to prohibit such travel. A party is free to associate with whomever she or he deems appropriate during the divorce. There is no prohibitions against seeing another person.
