If this is going to be an "every summer" thing, do a petition to modify time sharing. You will need the court to approve the change.

You need to state how long children have lived out of state. If they are out of state more than 181 days Florida may have lost jurisdiction and the courts of the new Home State have jurisdiction. Safest if you speak with attorney.
