Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

trial process?

I have a permanent (2yr) restraining order on my ex-boyfriend.

He has violated twice... His arraignment is coming up on the 3rd... violation of restraining order and obstruction w/o violence. I see that a calendar call has also been set for June 20th. He was arrested on the 1st violation, hence the obstruction... however he has not yet been arrested on 2nd violation. My question is: What happens with the court dates? I understand the purpose of the arraignment.. will he be held since he hasn't been picked up on the 2nd violation yet? Also, what is the calendar call? I'm new to all this!

Thanks for your help

Re: trial process?

If there is a warrant for his arrest, he can be arrested right there in the courtroom. Speak to the in-court baliff and alert him to that fact.

Calender calls are like statuses...court wants to know what's happening on the cases, move them along, or set for hearing.
