Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm having trouble with my mom and I do not want my father to have custody of me because he can not aford his family now let alone me. I have an aunt who would happily take custody of me. How do I make that happen?

If your parents would agree to give your aunt temporary custody, your aunt needs to file a Petition for Temporary Custody by Immediate Relative.
