Truck In My Name

I purchased a truck in my name alone for my brother, he said he would make the payments, his business slowed down, he's upset with me and said he is not going to pay another dime. What can I do? Please tell me.

There's not a whole lot you can do. If you purchases the truck in your name, it's your truck. You alone are liable for payments, and it is your credit that will get hit if he defaults.
