Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

just turn eighteen and moving out while parents divorce still not final

I know someone who is currently 17 whose parents are filing for a divorce. this person turns 18 very soon and wants to move out and be on he/she own but the divorce is still not final. the father of this individual said that he/she can't move out till divorce is final. Being this person will be a legal adult, do they have the right to be able to move out w/o parents authority?
