Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm turn 16 next year and i start college the summer after that. I was wondering if I would be eligible for emancipation from my parents under those circumstances

Under those circumstances, you would be eligible for emancipation only if you could prove yourself to be self sufficient and you had your parents' permission to emancipate.
