Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I turned 18 this past December, my parents divorced around May 2000. I live with my mom, younger half sister and step dad, we are considerably stable in terms of finances. My dad lives with my step mom, younger sister, older brother, and younger brother, so he has more dependents. My mother is filing a lawsuit against my father which is goes as follows, "Supplemental petitions to extend child support through high school graduation". I am employed and legally an adult, oppose this request my mom has put forth. Moreover, the child support my mom has previously received has not really been spent on me, my mom sort of keeps it for herself. My dad pays $600 a month, and used to pay the same for my sister until she turned 18, so about $1,200 per month. My sister and I lived with my father 2011-2013, and since the child support is automatically taken from his checks and given to my mom, she got all the money and kept it. Well what I'm asking is, as an 18 year old with a job and financially stable home, how can I stop the whole child support business?

You have no Standing to in this matter. If you are in high school and will not graduate until May/June then your mother have every right to extend child support. Secondly, you do not state whether you are living on your own and supporting yourself. It sounds to me you are working but living at home. As to child support not being spent on you, you have a roof over your head, food in your mouth and clothes on your back.
