Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi, I just turned 18 years old and my father who I don't speak with anymore or get a long with is in possession of my passport, SS card, and Birth certificate. I have sent him emails and my mother has called him asking for these items back multiple times but he wont give them back. What lawful solution can I use.

You'll have to sue for replevin.
