Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What type of attorney handles an appeal case, that was originally a petition to modify parenting time and child support. Due to other parent being baker acted for threatening to commit suicide while kids were present. Case was extremely complicated due to other party not accepting necessary court evidence or documents an all was presented to one Judge then at last hearing/court date a new Judge stepped in unaware of everything an wouldnt even listen to the Guardian Ad Litem.
