Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Type your question here...I need to write a letter to Dept. of Rev. for my exwife to sign to close the case stating I owe nothing and for them to lift any drivers license revocation and passport limitation to child support enforcement plus find out if she ever collected medicaid or any other $ so I can clear up these matters . How do I write it properly ?

You don't. As far as stating that nothing is due, that's something your ex will have to do. There's nothing special that has to be done in the letter, she can just send a notarized letter stating that you don't owe anything as far as back child support. As far as finding out if she collected medicaid, they'll only tell you if that's the reason why they're going after you for support. You can call them and find that out.
