Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If your mom died 5 years ago but no one never took her name off her house or she never left the house to anyone and she left 7 kids behind but one of them died but was married do their significant other they left behind have any say so on the house that's still in your moms name and none of her kids.

Contact a probate lawyer. If the person died without a will then by law it goes to the surviving children and if one of the survivors dies then that persons heirs also would have a claim
