AGREEMENTS

1. PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT.

Limits the benefits and liabilities of two people who are about to get married.

2. SEPARATION AGREEMENT.

Can settle issues between a husband and a wife and allows them to be legally separated but still married.

3. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT.

Settles property rights between a husband and wife.

4. CUSTODY AGREEMENT.

Settles shared parental responsibility, primary residential parent, custody, relocation, and child support issues between a mother and father and/or a husband and wife.

5. VISITATION AGREEMENT.

Settles visitation, restraining order issues regarding visitation, and relocation issues between and mother and father and/or husband a and wife.

6. MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT.

Settles all issues between a husband and wife: shared parental responsibility, custody, visitation, child support, alimony, property distribution, and all other issues.

7. MODIFICATION AGREEMENT.

Changes a prior agreement or court order or final judgment.
