Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am going through and ugly battle with my 2 young childrens father who is being awarded time with our children when he shouldnt be. He has been violent towards myself and my children and the injuntion battle got dismissed. We had court yesterday for a temp. relief of timeshare and hes allowed visitation with our boys in his county which is 3 1/2 hours away. my youngest which is 9 months, has restrictions on traveling long distances due to health issues and he was still awarded that time with him to travel, even though his doctor wrote numerous letters stating his condition and restrictions. I dont have any money to protect my children. My youngest who is 3 years old cried himself to sleep when I told him that he was going to start going to his daddys house for short visits. He has purgered (SP) himself in court numerous times and I dont know what to do. Is there anyone out there who can help me protect my children??

I'm sure there are many lawyers who can help you. And don't talk to me about how you can't afford a lawyer. You can't afford NOT to have a lawyer. Find or borrow the money somehow and get a lawyer to help you. It sounds like your children's health is at stake. You had children with this piece of garbage, so somehow suck it up and protect your kids. Call family, call friends, work extra hours and do what you have to. Most lawyers will help you get fees reimbursed from the father, but you'll have to come up with the money first.
