Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We are unable to afford the trip from Florida to Ohio for a court apprearance for a probation hearing, what are our options?

Then you'll probably get a free trip to jail. Sorry to be harsh, but probation hearings are serious business. Try calling an Ohio lawyer and see if there is any hope of doing the hearing by phone.
