Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

unauthorize property disposal

my wife and i have been separated now for three months now i have decided not to reconcile our marriage due to that she discovered i was having an affair with another women. my question is can she go and throw away my personal things such as my new computer system and clothes that i left temp until i found a place.

is there a law against this??

what laws does she have on her side to protect her from this selfish decision that she made??

she claims that i will have serious issue due to my actions in commiting adultery.

i was told that florida is a no fault state and that this does not apply for a separation/divorce is this true???

thanks ..angel

Re: unauthorize property disposal

Florida is a no fault state. With one exception, which does not apply here, the only grounds for divorce in Florida is whether the marriage is irretrievably broken.

The Court can consider anything that is relevant when determining things like property settlement, child custody and visitation, alimony, etc.
