Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Uncontested Divorce

I live in the state of Florida. My soon to be ex-husband lives in South Carolina. He has served me with divorce papers. I'm not contesting. I just need to know what forms should I file in the state of South Carolina to his lawyer and the courts to let them know I'm not contesting the divorce. We have no children or real property. I can't afford a lawyer. I'm doing this on my own. Can you please help. I have until Jan. 15, 2001 to do so.

Re: Uncontested Divorce

If you agree with ALL of the language in the documents which were served upon you then inform his attorney that you agree and to move the case along. He will supply you with the documents to sign.
