Uncontested divorce requirements

Why is a financial disclosure required with an amicable divorce with no children or alimony involved? We are doing a ''do-it-yourself'' type divorce. All paperwork was completed initially and now the financial information has been requested. I am hesitant about submitting this.

Florida Law requires the parties to disclose to each other and the court their financial situation before resolution of the case. I can assist you with this legal matter.
