Underage Consumption
We as parents do not allow our 19 and 18 year olds to host parties with Alcolhol. However, we have allowed them to have an occasional beer in our home. Is this also illegal. It is hard to find an answer to this in the Florida Statutes.

That is illegal. It is called furnishing alcohol to a minor.

You cannot furnish alcohol to someone under 21 but if they choose to drink on their own, because they are not minors, you are not responsible. At 18 and 19, they are responsible for their breaking the law.
