dont understand

if i brung in more money than he did and we have 2kids ,will i have to pay him for maintaining him?

Without more facts, it is impossible to say. If you have been in a long term marriage and he is unable to support himself, he may be able to ask for and receive alimony from you. A long term marriage is generally anywhere from 12 - 15 years (or longer) in length. If it has been a short term marriage, then no alimony should be awarded.
