Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been unemployed for 6 mos. My husband and I are seperated he has hired a attorney and has filed for 50/50 custody and put in a stipulation that I can't move to another city to seek employment with my kids is this legal? If so what are my rights?

When you say separated, are you divorced or just no longer living together? The attorney can put in a stipulation that you can't move to another city to seek employment with your kids, however you don't need to agree to that term. You mention he has filed for 50/50 custody, is this a divorce filing or something post-divorce requesting 50/50 custody. If you intend to move, you need to file a Notice of Intent to Relocate, which if he contests, is a matter that will need to be addressed by the Court.
