Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Hello, I'm currently unemployed and have been for over the past 12 years while serving as homemaker and primary caregiver of our children. The court has ordered me to pay child support based on an employment amount more than triple of what I have ever made. Child support is currently more than 50% of the only money I receive from renting out two rooms in my home. Ex-spouse makes three times the amount of the average household income. How do I get my child support down as a pro se. I live in Duval County Florida.

You must not have custody if you are paying support. File a motion with the court to get the amount lowered.
