Unmarried with children
My son recieves SSI form the state of Florida he has been getting it for a number of years My girlfriend is the custodian of the money
She never told me he was recieveing the money Did I have a right to know? We never got married but have lived together for more then ten years . She doesnt have single custody of my son Is this against the law?

You had the right to know for child support purposes because it would almost certainly reduce your child support. If you were living together, however, you shouldn't be paying child support.
It isn't a crime not to disclose the income, but she may owe you some back money or credit toward future child support.
