unmarried to the childs father he is not a us citizen threatinging to get custud

i had a chil with a man at the time i thaught i was in love but the abuse started so when i got the chance i left and came to wisconson to where my family is he is not a us citizen he is a citizen of trinadad and of canada he keeps threating me that he will get her and have his mother and sister adopt her . he also got an marriage liscence from the

court house in florida and made me sign it then he forged his brothers names and had his sister noterize it and sent it to the ins to make sure he got citizenship faster. please help if you can

It is difficult to help you with those problems over the internet. You need to have someone review all your facts carefull. Likely a legal action can be brought in your county to ensure that you can keep the child and keep him away. Something needs to be done about the marriage, of course.
