Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am an unmarried father. The mother and I lived together ,but she took the kids to another state on false pretenses. Now she will not come back. Its been 3 months and I can not find anyone to help me. I do not want to lose my kids. I tried seeing a lawyer but can not pay all the high bills. My name is on thier birth certificates. How can I get custody of my children who where taken out of state on false pretenses.

Yo will need to file a petition with the court. You probably will need a lawyer, but you can try it by yourself.
