Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can an unmarried mother who is living with the childrens father (in florida ) be charged with kidnapping her children if she and her children move out of the abusive home? This father is a thief, a drug addict and does not have a solid work history.

Doubtful,but the proper method would be to seek court permission to relocate.
