Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

unmarried and seperating

My live in boyfriend, of over eight years, are seperating. He has verbally agreed to certain terms, but I would like to have it legally documented, and signed. I am not sure though, who I would go to have these papers made up, so that they can stand up in a court of law if needed.

Any attorney can prepare such an agreement. Each of you must have separate attorneys. The signatures must be notarized. Goodluck.
