Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

An unmarried woman who has several children for different men (three children with 3 different fathers) claims that she is pregnant for me. I told her to abort the pregnancy as I am not interested, she refused. I then told her after the baby's birth I will rely on a DNA test. If the DNA test proves I am a father I will support the child financially. She has continued to harrass my mother, father, brother, my boss, any known friends claiming that the child with which she is pregnant is mine and telling them to make me speak with her and be with her. I am tired and intend to take out a restraining order to keep her away from my family and me. Will a restraining order be granted in such a situation?

It depends on whether she is actually threatening you and whether you have the belief that she has the ability to carry through on her threats.
