Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Unnecessary supoena

In a child support case, my ex-husband wants to depose my boyfriend, my accountant and several business associates. Not my dog, thank goodness. These requests for depositions amount to harrassment. Isn't there something called a ''protection'' something that can prevent them from having to be deposed.
