I am an unwed mother who had a child with a man in florida. i moved to tennessee and the father lives in florida. i let my child visit the father and now he wont give him back. what can i do?

In Florida, the mother is considered the natural guardian of the child absent a court order to the contrary you did not have to allow your child to visit the father. However since you did not leave much details its hard to advice you properly.
