Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Upcoming hearing to contest Notice of Delinquency for child support. NCP response claims there was a "mistake of fact". The amount due is not in question. NCP thought short term disability suspended enforcement for indefinite period. Can anyone explain if this falls under legal definition of a mistake of fact?

Like a clerk error. Disability is not a reason, he will lose.
