Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How do I go about vacating/removing/cancelling a signed mediation agreement for child support/visitation that has not been filed yet with the court (the opposing party still wants to move forward with it)? Do I have to wait until it is filed with the court to take action or can I file something with the court now before it is filed?
