Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Is it valid?

I got married in Florida 2 years ago and am now trying to get a divorce. I didn't have any witnesses besides the justice of the peace who preformed the ceremony. I was told that there had to be at least 2 witnesses. Does this mean that my marriage was never valid? If not, how would I go about getting a divorce?

You may not have a valid marriage. I will need to see a copy of your marriage documents.
