Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How do I get a vehicle title transferred from my ex-husband's name into my name if I have a court ordered dissolution that requires him to sign the title over to me but I have no idea of his whereabouts?

You can't if you don't know where he is. You can file a motion to enforce your judgement, but you won't know where to serve it on him.
