verbal agreement in florida

14 years ago my mothe and step father offered me and my family land to put a new mobile home. With the understanding of later deeding me and my family the land we are on my mother passed away 6 years ago and my step dad has given me 3 years to move knowing that i was given this land by them both i can not afford to move and he doesnt seem to remember that he also made the agreement do i have any rights?

With very, very few exceptions, agreements regarding the transfer of land must be in writing. You should speak with a real estate attorney to see if there is any chance that you can keep the land, but the odds are probably pretty bad.
